Really tooth paste is compulsory for burshing?

No, Because that is similar product like perfume, why I say tooth paste is a perfume like product. It include included lot of chemical and other few natural substance that produce fragrant smell in that. This helps us to avoid smell in our mouth. Actually burshing is based on how is our bursh and burshing style. If you bursh without tooth paste, definitely you feel a bad smell from your mouth and feel a uncomfortable also. To avoid that use tooth paste, but the tooth paste is optional content in burshing. Maximum try to buy non harmful paste from the market.
